We know that downsizing can be a very emotional and overwhelming process. Rather divorce, death of a loved one, combining homes etc., we can make this process easier for your whole family. By keeping communication open, we can make sure your estate is handled with the upmost care and professional  attention.

To make your move and downsizing as easy a transition for you as possible, we:

  • Coordinate with movers and create a moving schedule according to your needs.
  • Professionally pack your belongings by labeling and arranging your boxes for unpacking ease. We provide packing material.
  • Archive your décor to recreate and organize your new home to your taste or redesign something fresh if desired.
  • Set up your new home to your standards. Place your furniture according to a predesigned floor plan which we will work with you on making sure your existing furniture fits properly. Put away clothes, kitchen items, etc. Place decorative items, set-up electronics, etc.
  • Set up, manage, and advertise moving sales, estate sales and liquidations.
  • For other downsizing assistance we will drop off your donations, get a tax receipt, remove trash and tidy your house so that it’s presentable and can be shown on the housing market.
